I have been working in the field of cognitive, behavioural and spiritual development for over ten years, and within that time I have worked on the formulation, development and management of residential therapeutic communities, the introduction and facilitation of addiction treatment programmes for large national organisations as well as private healthcare organisations, managed a private practice utilizing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Acupuncture, facilitated group therapy utilizing CBT, NLP, Acupunture, 12 Step and Spiritual Principle & Practice methodology. 

As well as operating a private practice, I am currently the Director of Treatment at a highly regarded private healthcare treatment centre in Suffolk.
