I am very fortunate to have a close and valued friend who also happens to be one of the most amazingly gifted complimentary therapists in the region; specialising in; Reflexology, Body Massage, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage & Remedial (Sports) Massage Therapy.

Not only does she run her own successful & highly respected alternative therapy practice, she is also an experienced tutor and presently owns and manages ‘Tranquility Academy’ which is Suffolk’s Premier Beauty & Holistic Training Centre.
